Greatness was on point last weekend as Batbusters Gomes Spingola had their way with teams from all over the USA at the Valley Invitational in Portland, OR. The ladies went 8-0 on the weekend only surrendering 9 runs total and scoring 34. 
When asked about the weekend Head Coach Don Spignola was speechless almost but was able to explain, “The girls just played their hearts out, it’s an amazing thing to see a team come together like they did, I can’t wait to see what the rest of the Summer has in store!”. BBG Spingola had their work cut out for them but rose to the occasion with 4 hard fought wins on Sunday.
Congrats to all the BBG DS players and coaches for an amazing weekend of softball, the future is bright! BBG DS is in action again in late June at the PGF State tourney in Modesto, CA. Keep it rolling Batbusters!!
